This is a list of my current course offerings

The Heart Sessions

A healing community of women sharing sacredly. It’s a journalling journey with writing, sharing, meditation and a custom-blended remedy! Don’t miss this 4-session topic workshop, Sundays at 9am women’s circle. We limit to eight women to maximize time for sharing. Supported homework and check-ins compliment the hourly weekly sessions.

Limited to 8 participants per session. Next program begins June 2024, $125 due by May 28 via Zelle or Venmo.

Meditation Certification

This four-week program provides certification to teach meditation as a process that is unique to you and facilitates a healing practice for yourself and others. Participants will learn form, content and structure in weekly Zoom sessions and receive one on one support and attention. Participants will be partnered up for homework and weekly practice of their skills. Email thejoyconnector@gmail.com to join the registration list.

Meditation for Non-Mediators
This class helps participants to create and develop a customized mindfulness practice that will serve all aspects of self discovery, without any experience meditating.

Meditation Fundamentals and Principles
This class helps participants to hone a mindful meditation practice learning the history of meditation, breath work and different modalities, key insights, receive feedback and gain group practice.

Being Human
This awakening class helps participants to activate their courage, find purpose and speak boldly from the heart through meditation, movement and journal practice.

Finding Your Medicine
This class helps participants to overcome obstacles and discover their personal assets in finding fulfillment, joy and love in their lives. It is designed for those in a career of teaching or healing work.

Deepening Authenticity
This class invites participants to examine their history, develop their intuitive gifts, and find internal balance.

Healing History
This class helps participants to discover relationship patterns and relieve the self-defeating beliefs that limit our abundance in health, wealth, time and love.

Taoism: Nature, Peace + Energy
This class helps participants to identify, accept and transform their life circumstances to create a solid personal foundation from their own strength and courage.

Healing x Aromatherapy
This class helps participants to understand their energetic body and how aromatherapy can positively affect health, home and wellbeing.

One on One Personal Development Sessions

Group Sessions: $75/per person, 4 person minimum
